As you plan for your Walt Disney World adventure, see a few of our family’s tips below:

  1. Download the MyDisneyExperience App or sign in to the My Disney Experience website. This will be your go-to place for reservations, FastPass+, PhotoPass, & even wait times when you’re in the park!
  2. If you’re staying in a Walt Disney resort, customize your complementary MagicBand! You can choose your MagicBand’s color, add a name, and have it either shipped to your house to skip check-in completely or picked up during check-in at your hotel’s concierge desk.
  3. Make dining or special event reservations. As the name implies, Peak Days means that you can expect that lines will be long and almost all reservations filled. We would highly recommend making dining or special event reservations once you figure out what parks you’re going to on what days. You can make reservations up to 180 (or more) days in advance if you’re staying at a Walt Disney Resort.
  4. Link your park ticket and choose your FastPass+ rides. For those who have a Walt Disney Resort reservation, you can already reserve FastPass+ rides up to 60 or more days ahead of your arrival. For those who do not have a reservation, planning can still be done 30 days in advance.
